Your views needed on the draft Houses in Multiple Occupation document
This consultation seeks to gather your views about the draft planning guidance for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The draft Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) consultation runs from Wednesday 21 September until Tuesday 25 October 2011. To take part in the consultation, please follow the instructions below:

To respond to the consultation you will need to login or register. Please click Login/Register at the top.

Click on Read and comment on document to begin. Where you would like to add your comments, click on the tab Add Comments to the right of the document.

Once you have completed your comments, click Submit to submit your comments. If you want to save a draft you can select Save As Draft, then return later to complete and Submit your comments by 5pm on 25 October 2011.
If you would prefer not to comment online you can; download a copy of the Questionnaire (under Supporting Documents) and post it to the Planning Policy Team, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE, or scan it and email it to planningpolicy@welhat.gov.uk. The deadline for the receipt of all comments is 5pm on 25 October 2011.
