Draft Planning Obligations SPD

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has published the draft Planning Obligations SPD for public consultation. The draft SPD is available to comment on from the 21st September to 25th October 2011.
To read and comment on the draft SPD you must first Log In or Register - please click on Login/ Register.
Once you have logged in or registered please click on the tab 'read and comment on document'.
When you are in the document, if you want to add comments on the document then please click on the 'add comments' tab located at the top right hand corner of each section. Once you have added your comments then please click 'submit' to submit your comments. If you want to save a draft at this point you can select 'save as draft' and then return to your comments later, as long as you remember to 'submit' your comments by the 25th October 2011.
If you wish to view comments on the document then please click on the 'view comments' tab located at the top right hand corner of each section.
To download a copy of the draft SPD please click on the 'download document' tab located at the top right hand corner of each section.
The consultation statement and SPD matters are also available to view by clicking on the 'supporting documents' tab below.
The deadline for the receipt of all representations is 5pm on Tuesday the 25th October 2011.
Please be aware that anonymous responses will not be accepted.
